Dear Voters,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a candidate for the two-year Sudbury School Committee race.
With my background in policy, governance, and finance, I am uniquely qualified for this position. I will work to ensure the SPS budget reflects our priorities and supports student success. I will advocate for:
-
Academic Excellence: Studying class size guidelines for better learning outcomes.
-
Inclusion and Equity: Allocating resources to meet diverse student needs.
-
Clear Communication: Providing transparent, easy- to-understand budget reports.

I will also work towards strengthening community engagement and collaboration by:
-
Promoting Belonging: Ensure that all students feel welcome and supported.
-
Encourage Dialogue: Ensure easy ways to gather community input.
-
Building Partnerships: Engage with educators and local organizations to support student success.

As a mother of two young children, I am vested in both the short and long term success of our public schools.

Thank you for considering my candidacy. I look forward to the opportunity to serve our community and work together to achieve the best educational outcomes for all of our students.
